About The Position

The Security Supervisor leads and manages security staff, supports daily operations, and helps ensure a safe environment for everyone onsite. The role includes performing Security Officer duties when needed, enforcing security procedures, responding to emergencies, training team members, and assisting with payroll and personnel management. The ideal candidate is a motivating leader who communicates clearly, handles stressful situations calmly, understands security operations and technology, and is organized, proactive, and focused on solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of security experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid State Guard License.
• Strong knowledge of security operations.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong, motivating leadership.
• Clear and confident communication.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
• Understanding of security operations and technology.
• Organized, proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
