About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor for a concierge post in Lakewood, Colorado. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while supporting people in settings such as shopping centers, office towers, and hotels. The supervisor helps protect people and property through visitor assistance, access control, patrols, equipment inspections, incident response, and reporting.

The position offers two full-time schedules: Friday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Monday through Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; or Sunday through Thursday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Both schedules are 40 hours per week. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to execute extensive foot patrols.

Nice To Haves

• Prior security experience is preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
