About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol security officer for a commercial real estate location in Dallas, Texas. The officer will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel. The role supports site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. The scheduled shifts are Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations; identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Prepare clear and accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
