About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Lakewood, Colorado. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections while providing security in a public-facing environment. The schedule is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., for 40 hours per week.

The officer welcomes and assists visitors, manages access control, conducts patrols, checks security equipment, responds to incidents, and helps protect people and property. The role also includes answering questions in person or by phone, writing incident reports, and communicating security concerns. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to perform extensive foot patrols.
• Be able to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
