About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Moreno Valley, California. The role combines security duties with a strong focus on customer service in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer welcomes and assists visitors, manages access, conducts patrols, responds to incidents, and helps protect people and property.

Two overnight schedules are listed: Sunday and Monday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, and Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM; or Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. The position pays $20 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed the additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training can be obtained during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and provide directions or guidance.
• Manage access control.
