About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Westbury, NY. This customer-service-focused role involves working with people across different shifts and in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer builds connections, reassures visitors, and helps protect people and property. All shifts are available, with schedules of 8 a.m.–4 p.m., 4 p.m.–midnight, and midnight–8 a.m.; part-time and full-time opportunities are offered. The position pays $20.00 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a New York State security license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
