About The Position

The Security Shift Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for a client by monitoring premises and patrolling locations. The role preserves order by enforcing site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. It also frequently involves providing customer service and information to client employees and customers. The supervisor assists with training Security Officers and reviewing post orders. Retail, food service, or hospitality experience is considered a good fit; training is provided for those new to the security industry.

This is a full-time position working Friday through Tuesday, 4:00 PM to midnight, at a rate of $18.57. A driver’s license is required.

Requirements

• A driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Ability to provide positive directions and motivate performance.
• Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet and continue to meet the assigned site’s requirements for specified skills, certifications, or authorizations.
