About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Supervisor for a site in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., at $23.50 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have security experience.
• Have customer service experience.
• Have prior leadership and supervisory experience.
• Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• Military or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
