About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring Security Supervisors for client assignments at a data center in Claude, Texas. The supervisor oversees day-to-day security services at the facility, maintains high service standards, supports staffing schedules and reporting, and serves as a liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff. The role involves responding to threats and alarms, checking security systems, documenting incidents, conducting on-site checks, and working with law enforcement during serious incidents to protect people and property. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available; specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process. Employment is contingent on completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with no Restriction B.
Have previous security supervisor experience.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is considered advantageous.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security service at the facility and ensure a high standard of service.
Assist with developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, serving as liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
