About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring Security Supervisors for client assignments at a data center in Claude, Texas. The role supervises day-to-day security services, helps maintain a high standard of service, and supports staffing, payroll, and reporting. Supervisors act as a liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff, and respond to security risks and incidents to protect people and property. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available; specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with no Restriction B.
Have previous Security Supervisor experience.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure GardaWorld Security core values are integrated throughout business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security services at the facility and ensure a high standard of service.
Assist with developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, and serve as liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
