About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor for a concierge post in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The role has a strong customer-service focus and involves engaging with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The supervisor helps welcome and guide visitors, maintain access control, patrol the site, respond to incidents, and help protect people and property.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., at an hourly rate of $23.50. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers career-growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.

• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have security experience.
• Have customer-service experience.
• Have prior leadership and supervisory experience.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
