About The Position

The Security Supervisor implements security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual rounds by Public Safety/Security Officers. The position coordinates facility responses to potential problems affecting patients, employees, and visitors; enforces policies and procedures equitably; and establishes guidelines and ongoing monitoring techniques to support a safe workplace and environment of care. The supervisor works with the Environment of Care committee to support a multidisciplinary approach to security and safety, participates in employee awareness and education, and drives as needed for company business.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
State Guard Certification/Card required.
State driver's license upon hire, as required by the facility.
Current DMV H6 report or Driving History Report, as required by the facility.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience in a lead security position preferred.

Responsibilities
