About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor for a surveillance security role in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The position involves monitoring security systems, observing for threats, documenting incidents, responding to potential problems, and helping protect people and property. Previous security supervisor experience is required. The schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and the hourly wage is $27.00. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Previous supervisor experience in security.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment.
• Strong report-writing skills.
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• State license, if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
