About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking a part-time Security Shift Supervisor in San Carlos. The supervisor oversees and coordinates delivery of quality services during an assigned shift at a customer site, acting as a liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and security officers. The role supervises staff on the assigned shift and provides coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range. The listed shift is mornings, and the pay is 32.04.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.
• For driving positions: valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record as specified, insurance meeting company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver's record check may also be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, snowy, or hot conditions.
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders, and stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.

Responsibilities
