Entry Level Security Officer - Part Time

About The Position

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling locations. The role includes preserving order and enforcing regulations and directives for a client site related to personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided. A valid driver's license is required, and availability for second and third shifts is required. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check and meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Availability for second and third shifts.
Excellent customer service skills.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Able to meet the role's physical demands, including frequent sitting, standing, and walking, sometimes for long periods; climbing stairs; walking on inclines and uneven terrain; frequent lifting or moving up to 10 pounds; and occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
