About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer to protect people and property. The role requires keen observation, the ability to anticipate risks, and the physical capacity to move around and patrol throughout the shift. Patrol environments may include retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The position is based in Easton, Pennsylvania, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., at $18.00 per hour.

Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers career growth opportunities. Requirements

• Have 2–3 years of security experience.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state license if required.
• PATH/OCAT certification; training is available.
• CPR certification; training is available.

Nice To Haves

• Military experience is a plus.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
