About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for a site in Easton, Pennsylvania. The position involves patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers, remaining alert to potential risks, and protecting people and property. Physical ability is essential, including standing and walking throughout the shift.

This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position scheduled from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., paying $18.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of security experience.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state license if required.
• PATH/OCAT certification; training is available.
• CPR certification; training is available.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Protect the safety of individuals and property.
