About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Kennesaw, Georgia, you will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting access control and alarm response activities. You will provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers, communicate professionally, and document security-related observations. The role follows site-specific policies and procedures and may involve emergency response activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site-specific access control procedures.
• Accurately and promptly document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in required reports.
