About The Position

As a Security Officer and unarmed patrol officer in Cincinnati, Ohio, you will serve and safeguard clients at a professional location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. The role includes providing customer service, communicating with staff and visitors, and supporting a welcoming environment. The position is full-time and pays $14.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. No prior experience is required. Paid training and access to career growth opportunities are offered.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, as a condition of employment and in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen, as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and use a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, surrounding property, and perimeter.
Monitor for unusual activity, report observations, and document incidents according to site-specific procedures.
Help deter unauthorized access and support access-control procedures for employees, visitors, and deliveries.
