About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed patrol security officer for a manufacturing and industrial location in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. The officer will safeguard clients and site personnel by conducting patrols, monitoring assigned areas, helping deter incidents, and reporting security-related concerns. The role involves professional interactions with employees and visitors, customer service, and clear communication while following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. The scheduled shifts are Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, consistent with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
Monitor entry and exit activity and verify visitor and contractor access as directed.
Maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Report hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
