About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer for a hotel and resort location in Niagara Falls, New York. The officer will help safeguard guests, staff, and property by maintaining a visible presence, conducting routine patrols, monitoring access, and responding professionally to concerns and incidents. The position pays $17.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, using problem-solving skills.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to designated areas, observe and report unusual conditions, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
Communicate professionally with hotel personnel, guests, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership about security-related matters.
