About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location in Atlanta, Georgia. The officer will safeguard the site and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, drivers, contractors, and operations through visible patrols, customer service, and clear communication. The role represents Allied Universal’s people-first culture and emphasizes integrity and teamwork. The position pays $17.51 per hour. The schedule is Mondays and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Officers may use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
Monitor site access, verify credentials as directed, and remain aware of incoming and outgoing vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Observe shipping and receiving activity, report unusual conditions, and follow established post orders and reporting procedures.
