Security Officer Part Time Weekends

About The Position

As a Part-Time Patrol Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, you will help safeguard the client’s employees, visitors, and property. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, communicate observations, and provide customer service. The role supports a welcoming environment and requires following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.80 per hour. Officers can use Allied Universal’s Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations.
Monitor entry and exit points and verify visitor and contractor authorization.
Maintain required visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following site-specific procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
Observe and report hazards, equipment damage, facility concerns, unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and security-related policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
