About The Position

Titan Security is hiring an RTO-Response Team Security Officer in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The officer must have open availability and experience working at a truck gate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working at a truck gate.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which may include lifting more than 50 pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
• Must have open availability.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to people encountered while on duty, including giving directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear and accurate front-desk administrative logs concerning people or property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to property incidents, including emergencies, and record incident information for building and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
