About The Position

Titan Security is hiring an RTO-Response Team Officer in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The role provides security and customer service while helping protect people and property. Officers must have open availability and experience working a truck gate. Evening, overnight, and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience working a truck gate.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which may include lifting more than 50 pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
• Open availability.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to people encountered while on duty, including directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate front-desk administrative logs regarding people and property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to property incidents and emergencies, and record incident information for building and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
