About The Position

As a Security Officer - Residential Night Patrol in Phoenix, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a hotel and resort location. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to guests and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and support a positive environment. This is a full-time position paying $18.58 per hour. The scheduled shifts are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that apply under state and/or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, using problem-solving skills and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort common areas, guest-accessible spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site-specific procedures, helping deter unauthorized entry while supporting a welcoming guest experience.
Accurately document incidents, observations, and completed patrols, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
