About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for a site in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The officer monitors surveillance systems and the premises to identify suspicious activity, document events, respond to incidents, and help protect people and property. The position is full-time, Friday through Tuesday, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The hourly wage is $20. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to employees.

New hires who already hold an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS may qualify for a $250 gross incentive, payable after 90 days of employment in good standing and subject to taxes, withholdings, and other eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state security license if required.

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• An active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS; eligible new hires may qualify for a $250 gross incentive, subject to stated conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
