About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The officer monitors screens and security systems to spot threats and suspicious activity before they escalate, including in security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The role also involves documenting events, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, controlling access, assessing security systems, and protecting people and property. This is a full-time, third-shift position scheduled Friday through Tuesday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The hourly wage is $20. A $250 gross new-hire incentive is available to eligible new hires with an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS; it is payable after 90 days of employment in good standing and is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Have strong report-writing skills.
Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
Have strong proficiency with technology.
Hold a state security license if required.
