About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify potential threats before they escalate. The role involves observing screens, documenting incidents, responding to threats, conducting patrols, controlling access to secure areas, and helping protect people and property. The position is based in Eagan, Minnesota, with multiple full-time shift options and one part-time option. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with technology.
• Have security experience.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
