About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Fargo, North Dakota. The role focuses on monitoring security systems and surveillance screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats before they escalate. The officer documents incidents, responds to emerging situations, conducts patrols, controls access to secure areas, and helps protect people and property. The position is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., at $20 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have security experience.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
