About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The role requires strong observation and attention to detail, along with the ability to document incidents, respond to potential threats, and help protect people and property.

The position is located in Fargo, North Dakota, and has a full-time schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly wage is $20. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have security experience.
• Have a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
