About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location in Hughson, California, you will help safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. The position is scheduled Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM and pays $18.28 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and drivers by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and driver credentials as required, and maintain accurate entry, exit, and incident documentation.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts or emergency responders.
• Observe truck, trailer, and pedestrian activity and report unusual conditions, hazards, or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
