About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer in Bristol, Indiana, you will safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors, communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s values.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, loading zones, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and security-related systems; report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established emergency response protocols.
Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal and site leadership.
