About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, you will help safeguard clients, employees, visitors, and vendors. You will conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence, monitor access, respond to security concerns, and provide customer service while following site procedures and supporting emergency response activities. The role involves documenting observations and incidents, communicating information at shift changes, and contributing to a professional and orderly environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Alarm panel experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
Complete required activity reports, communicate relevant information during shift changes, and support a professional, orderly environment.
