About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a logistics and distribution location in Goodyear, Arizona. The officer will safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and providing customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal’s driver policy. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.50 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is contingent on a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must comply with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing requirements may apply and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing visitors and delivery personnel, and documenting entry and exit activity.
Prepare clear, accurate reports about incidents, patrol observations, irregular conditions, and security-related activities.
