About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Officer for incident prevention patrol at a commercial real estate location in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and helping provide a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Officers provide customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to changing needs. The scheduled shifts are Thursday and Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. The pay rate is $15.30 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements before employment, if required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, building entrances, and perimeter locations; identify unusual activity and report concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity according to site-specific procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
