About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a full-time Security Officer for a concierge post in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This customer-service-focused role involves working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule varies, with morning, swing, and overnight shifts available. The position pays $19.00 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

The Security Officer welcomes, verifies, and guides visitors; manages access control; conducts patrols; inspects security equipment; and reports maintenance needs. The officer also responds to incidents, provides first aid, coordinates with emergency teams, answers questions in person or by phone, writes incident reports, communicates security concerns, and helps protect people and property. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
