About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer Patrol in Irving, Texas, serving a transportation location. The officer will help safeguard clients and create a welcoming environment for travelers, visitors, and personnel through visible patrols, customer service, access monitoring, and incident response. The scheduled shifts are Thursday through Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification.
CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of terminals, parking areas, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations.
Monitor access to restricted areas and verify authorized entry as directed by site policies.
Report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, coordinating with airport personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
