Security Officer - Admission Driver

About The Position

As a full-time vehicle admission driver in Lebanon, Indiana, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. You will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment by managing entry points, verifying credentials, monitoring access activity, and communicating professionally with employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. The role is scheduled Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, as required by driver policy for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific access-control procedures and security policies.
Monitor entry points, verify identification and access credentials, process visitors, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
Respond professionally to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations, escalating concerns as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and access points.
Support emergency response activities and communicate with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and responding agencies when appropriate.
