About The Position

Serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location as a part-time unarmed mobile patrol officer. The role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, reporting security-related concerns, and providing customer service and communication. The driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Pay is $16.82 per hour.

Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Customer service experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site procedures and notification protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility grounds, loading areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicle activity; verify credentials and direct authorized individuals according to site requirements.
Accurately document observations, incidents, patrols, and unusual activity in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
