About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Intake in Gluckstadt, Mississippi, you will safeguard clients by monitoring access points, screening individuals and/or items, documenting security-related activity, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will communicate clearly with visitors and team members and provide exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The position is part-time, pays $16.00 per hour, and is scheduled Monday and Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations, and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, screen individuals and/or items, and document security-related activity.
• Maintain a visible security presence and communicate with visitors and team members.
