About The Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in Apex, North Carolina, you will serve and safeguard clients at a dynamic corporate location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to concerns. The role also involves providing outstanding customer service, communicating clearly with visitors and staff, and supporting a reliable team that acts with integrity. The position is full-time and pays $20.00 per hour. The overnight schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
