About The Position

As an unarmed Security Officer Patrol in Battleboro, North Carolina, you will serve and safeguard clients at a busy retail and dining location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support guests, employees, and visitors through customer service and clear communication while reporting concerns. The role includes carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience.
CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the restaurant, dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Document incidents and complete required reports in accordance with company and site-specific procedures.
