About The Position

As an unarmed Security Officer Patrol at a manufacturing and industrial location in Clyde, Ohio, you will help safeguard clients and support a safe facility. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. The role involves customer service and clear communication while supporting a team that values integrity, care, agility, reliability, and innovation. This is a full-time position scheduled Sunday and Monday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $17.51 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, follow established site protocols, and document relevant information.
Observe and report facility conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations that may require attention.
