About The Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, you will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and communication. You will use computer or tablet tools as needed to support daily operations and work with a team that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork. This is a full-time position paying $22.75 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access points, verify authorization as required, and help direct visitors according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs according to company and site requirements.
