About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Inspector in Pensacola, Florida, to safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The officer conducts routine patrols, maintains a visible presence to deter incidents, responds to security concerns, and provides professional customer service and clear communication while working with site personnel. The role is full-time and pays $18.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Guard Card or license preferred.
CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and assigned areas; verify credentials and direct guests in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, follow established emergency response activities, and notify appropriate personnel.
Accurately document observations, incidents, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
