About The Position

As a Security Officer in De Pere, Wisconsin, you will serve and safeguard clients in healthcare settings. In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The pay rate is $17.37 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to healthcare facility staff, patients, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as applicable.
Monitor access points and report unauthorized access, unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders as directed.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
