About The Position

Per Mar Security Services is seeking an experienced Security Site Lead to join its team. The role involves protecting premises, enforcing site rules, monitoring for suspicious activity, and reporting facility issues. The position is available for either of the listed schedules: Thursday–Monday, 12 a.m.–8 a.m., or Saturday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Compensation is $17.50 per hour. The job offers full-time and part-time positions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Familiarity with security equipment.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Must demonstrate integrity, communication, excellent service, and accountability.
Must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process and background investigation.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or violations of rules.
Examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure they function properly and are secure.
Warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
Address people engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
Report facility issues.
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
