About The Position

Per Mar Security Services is hiring a part-time Security Officer. The role involves monitoring premises, checking doors, windows, and gates, enforcing site rules, responding to suspicious or criminal activity, reporting facility issues, and requesting emergency personnel when needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have familiarity with security equipment.
Be able to handle the physical workload.
Have strong attention to detail.
Possess integrity, communication, excellent service, and accountability.
Be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening and background investigation.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure they function properly and remain secure.
Warn violators about premises rules and regulations.
Address people engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
Report facility issues.
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
