About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in Richardson, Texas, you will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and supporting access control activities. You will provide customer service and clear communication, use a computer or tablet to document observations and assist visitors, and work as part of a team that values putting people first, collaboration, and integrity. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

The listed schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $17.60 per hour. Employees can use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, consistent with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations using problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support access control activities.
• Use a computer or tablet to document observations and assist visitors.
